FELT Theater Inc. Presents CUBAN SALSA CLASSES

Melany Walter first started her dancing career at the “Marcelle Bonge Ballet Academy” and the “State Ballet Dance Company” in Guatemala, where she also specialized in tap, jazz and funk dance. She began dancing Salsa, Merengue and Bachata in “Baile de Cuba” Dance Company in Italy. She has danced with ”Salsa in Motion Company” in Guatemala, and with Eddie Torres in New York. Dont miss the chance to learn Cuban Style Salsa in New York City from this master of the dance!

For the class no partner is necessary. This is a beginner’s class requiring little to no experience. Ms Walter will teach technique, rhythm, steps, turns and partnering skills. Her classes will help you learn the fundamentals of Salsa and gain knowledge of dancing and musicality, such as when to lead or follow. Each 60 minutes session consists of a warm up, footwork, and partnering work. After just a few weeks you will notice the difference in the way you feel about dancing and your confidence on the dance floor.
